Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Health Care Administration. or related area from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- SPHR or PHR certification preferred
- Multisite experience preferred
- Healthcare experience a plus

- Draft/edit policies, procedures, job descriptions, manuals, handbooks
- Prepare turnover analysis reports/create retention strategies
- Travel as needed
