Own the performance, delivery, and growth of a spacecraft operations team supporting complex satellite missions. You will ensure the right people, skills, and processes are in place to execute reliably in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

- Own team performance, delivery, and operational excellence
- Be the point of contact for the employees on technical matters and professional development
- Drive resource strategy and staffing to meet demanding project timelines
- Act as the key interface between engineering teams and project leadership
- Ensure efficient execution of operations within cost, schedule, and quality constraints
- Identify gaps, solve problems fast, and remove blockers for your team
- Implement scalable processes and continuously improve systems engineering practices
- Support mission proposals with realistic planning and technical input
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance operational capability
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or similar
- Strong leadership experience in high-performance technical environments
- Hands-on experience in satellite or spacecraft operations
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Clear communicator who can align teams and challenge assumptions
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Fluent English required; ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced, technical environment. German is a plus
