Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in daily communication with partners;
- Receiving, documenting, and promptly forwarding partners’ requests and issues to the relevant teams;
- Understanding partners’ business needs and collecting data for further analysis;
- Assisting in offering additional products and services to existing partners;
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve ongoing issues;
- Providing administrative support in the contract signing and renewal process;
- Participating in the preparation of reports and presentations;
- Researching and sharing information on market trends and competitors;
- Actively contributing to the achievement of team goals and demonstrating a strong willingness for professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder or current student in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and clients;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and grow within an account management role.
