We’re Looking for an Construction & Project Manager!

We are looking for a Construction & Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our store, office, and commercial construction projects. If you have strong project management skills, extensive construction experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we’d love to have you on our team.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in retail, store, and office construction projects,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D design software,
  • Preferably proficient in English,
  • Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility,
  • Strong follow-up, reporting, planning, and organizational skills,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in retail store fit-out, renovation, and rollout projects,
  • Knowledge of project budgeting and cost control processes,
  • Experience in contractor and supplier management,
  • Strong understanding of construction site operations and project execution,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

  • Taking over approved project locations in accordance with contract terms, technical specifications, and related agreements,
  • Ensuring that all construction activities under responsibility are carried out in line with company policies and management directives,
  • Ensuring that project management systems and procedures are understood and implemented across all project sites,
  • Preparing, revising when necessary, and monitoring master plans, budgets, and project schedules for assigned projects,
  • Reviewing project reports to identify potential risks related to workforce planning, financing needs, and project completion forecasts, and taking preventive actions accordingly,
  • Preparing the Project Management Plan before and during mobilization and ensuring that all project activities are executed in accordance with this plan,
  • Coordinating project stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution,
  • Monitoring project quality, budget, and timeline targets to ensure successful project delivery,
  • Reporting project progress, risks, and performance to senior management on a regular basis.
