About the Role

Fruit Street is seeking experienced Healthcare Executive Advisory Board Members to provide strategic, operational, and market-level guidance as we continue to scale our Diabetes Prevention Program nationally. This role is designed for senior healthcare leaders with deep experience navigating healthcare delivery, reimbursement, enterprise partnerships, and organizational growth.

Advisory Board Members will work closely with Fruit Street’s executive team to inform strategy, accelerate partnerships, and ensure alignment with real-world healthcare economics and delivery realities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel on national growth, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise expansion
• Advise on reimbursement strategy, payer alignment, and value-based care integration
• Offer operational insight on scaling clinical programs, care delivery infrastructure, and performance management
• Support partnership development with health systems, health plans, employers, and strategic vendors
• Provide feedback on product roadmap, outcomes measurement, regulatory considerations, and market positioning
• Participate in periodic advisory discussions with the executive team and key stakeholders
• Leverage professional networks to facilitate introductions to strategic partners, customers, and industry leaders

Ideal Candidate

• Senior healthcare executive (current or former C-suite, EVP, SVP, VP, or GM) with experience in healthcare delivery, payer organizations, digital health, or population health
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and enterprise decision-making
• Proven experience scaling healthcare services, clinical programs, or technology platforms
• Passion for preventive care, population health, and mission-driven healthcare innovation
