About the Role:
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly with Sanchit Bansal to identify, validate and launch new products, business initiatives, revenue streams and growth opportunities for Goodscore. This is not a traditional strategy or operations role. You’re a founder of a stealth start up with the opportunity to drive initiatives from concept to scale.

What would success in 6 to 12 months look like?
- Launching and validating at least one new business initiative or growth engine.
- Building repeatable frameworks for testing and scaling new opportunities.
- Creating measurable business impact through new revenue, partnerships, products or customer acquisition channels.
- Establishing yourself as a founder-level operator capable of owning strategic bets independently.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, product management, business operations, growth or entrepreneurship with MBA / Engineering from Tier-1 college
- High entrepreneurial, analytical, execution-oriented and comfortable operating in environments with little structure and high uncertainty.
- Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- High ownership and bias for action.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience founding a startup or side business venture.
