Digital Communications Ass. Supervisor/Supervisor

General Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economy, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1 -3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong expertise in Media Planning, including channel mix optimization, reach/frequency forecasting, and audience segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience in budget planning and management.
  • Experience in leading integrated digital campaigns across programmatic and social platforms, from technical setup and agency alignment to creative ideation and performance tracking.
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics and measurement tools (e.g.Google Analytics).
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) for content ideation, copywriting assistance, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to create proactive and creative projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent command of Turkish grammar.
  • Organizational, follow-up, and advanced reporting/presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Up-to-date with digital trends, AI-driven marketing innovations, and industry shifts.
  • Military service completed for male candidates.

Job Description;

  • Support the planning, setup, and optimization of campaigns across channels, aligned with KPIs such as Awareness, Reach, Video Views, and engagement
  • Assist in campaign execution on self-serve platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Adform, including setup, monitoring, and basic optimization
  • Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital channels
  • Track campaign performance regularly and prepare reports using tools such as Google Analytics, DV360, and platform dashboards
  • Assist in budget tracking, pacing, and basic optimization to ensure efficient media spend
  • Support audience segmentation and targeting setups based on campaign needs
  • Act as a day-to-day contact point with agencies, supporting communication, follow-ups, and ensuring tasks are delivered on time
  • Coordinate with creative, social media, and production teams for campaign execution and asset management
  • Support social media content planning processes and assist in managing online feedback and basic crisis/complaint follow-ups with agencies
  • Conduct basic competitor analysis and support research on market trends and consumer insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, data) to support campaign performance improvements
  • Contribute ideas for creative and media improvements to better support brand objectives
  • Use AI tools for reporting, research, and creative support to improve efficiency
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates; support testing of new tools and features.
