Free Style Group is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team.
This is a part-time position, and during the initial period, the role will be performed remotely, with the possibility of further development based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
• Prepare, maintain, and organize HR documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with Georgian labor legislation and internal policies
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee relations matters
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Georgian labor law and employment regulations
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong ability and experience working with HR documents and records
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
