Reporting to: Chief Private Wealth Officer

Purpose of the Role

Support Relationship Directors in managing and growing client relationships, executing investment opportunities, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a high standard of client service across the Private Wealth business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Directors in managing High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) client portfolios.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and portfolio reviews , Managing emails, documentation, and meeting notes for Relationship Directors
  • Running cash flow models and portfolio analysis in Excel
  • Drive client onboarding and coordinate KYC and account-opening processes.
  • Follow up with clients on investment opportunities, subscriptions, redemptions, and required documentation, Tracking client pipelines, investments, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with Investments, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and transactions.
  • Monitor client portfolios and assist in preparing periodic investment and performance reviews.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service standards.
  • Support marketing and capital formation activities for private market and investment products.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide support to the Client Services team when required.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Corporate Banking.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, and alternative investments.
  • Experience dealing with HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferred to hold Professional qualifications such as CFA, CISI, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel (cash flow modelling, portfolio tracking, scenario analysis)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (client-ready presentations)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and portfolio management tools
  • Understanding of private markets / alternatives (preferred)
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
