Human Resources and Inter-Academy Intern (İstanbul)

We are looking for a talented, passionate and energetic HR Intern for our HR Team.

What We’re Looking For

• Third-year students in the relevant university departments
• Able to work 3 or 5 days a week for a fixed term of 6 month
• Residing on the Anatolian side
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Eager to learn
• Eager to be a part of teamwork
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, skillfully managing multiple priorities and ambitious deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting all HR and Academy functions
• Participating in in-house HR projects that improve employee experience
• Supporting internal training processes
• Supporting internship processes
• Working with other teams and external stakeholders
