We are currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst / AI Specialist to join our HR, Comms & ESG Transformation Office. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about data, artificial intelligence, and transformation initiatives, and eager to make a real business impact.

📍 Location: Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón – El Barrial, Centro Comercial), with a hybrid work model

🕘 Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💼 Contract: Permanent

🚀 The Opportunity:

In this role, you will work with large volumes of data and modern global data platforms within an international environment spanning more than 18 countries.

You will contribute to the design and development of data and predictive models that directly impact decision-making across HR, Communications, and ESG areas. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and be part of strategic transformation initiatives.

💻🛠 Your Role & Responsibilities:

Data & AI Development

• Design, develop, and implement data models and predictive models in HR
• Apply Artificial Intelligence techniques to people-related processes
• Develop data mining initiatives and advanced analytics solutions

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze and explore large datasets to identify patterns and opportunities
• Generate actionable insights to support business decision-making
• Ensure data quality and consistency across different sources

Automation & Collaboration

• Automate analytical processes and solutions
• Collaborate with international teams on transformation projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or data modelling
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience with data modelling and/or machine learning
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Power Automate / Power Apps
• Exposure to cloud environments (ideally AWS / Bedrock)
• Understanding of AI concepts (e.g., orchestration, prompt structuring, etc.)
• Native Spanish and fluent English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in predictive modelling
• Exposure to complex data environments (data warehouse, HR data, etc.)
