We are currently seeking a talented “R&D Senior Researcher” to join our dynamic “R&D” team. Based at our “Headquarters” in “Kocaeli”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “Global” .

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Possessing an engineering or science degree at the masters level is a must
• 3+ years of experience in R&D projects
• Proficiency in tissue paper product and/or process development is a big plus
• Familiarity with most chemicals used in the tissue paper manufacturing process is strongly preferred
• Excellent problem solving skills and crisis management
• Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environment,
• Experienced in leading and implementing innovation projects
• Being open to new ideas and following innovations with a researcher spirit
• Highly professional project leader with strong work ethics
• Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver results
• Strategic thinking skills
• Fluency in English
• No restriction to travel
• Located/able to locate in Kocaeli.

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Driving innovation by developing new ideas and executing projects in tissue material technologies and related converting processes
• Translating technology, market and consumer insights into targeted concepts and product specifications,
• Researching alternative raw materials and new technologies for improving these recipes and reducing quality problems,
• Improving in designing with best practices.
