Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with processing medical billing and insurance claims.
- Maintain and update patient records in electronic health systems.
- Prepare and manage medical documentation and reports.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Experience using EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or Kareo
- Familiarity with medical billing platforms like AdvancedMD
- Experience with telehealth platforms such as Zoom Healthcare
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or a related role.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
- High level of motivation and persistence.
- Energetic and upbeat.
- Team player.
