We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing across Etiya’s broader product portfolio. You will define positioning and messaging, support go-to-market strategy and turn product capabilities into clear market value. Working closely with product, sales, and global marketing teams, you will help strengthen how Etiya’s solutions are understood, launched, and adopted.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills—native-level fluency preferred.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 3 years working with business automation, orchestration platforms, or enterprise-level software.
  • Strong experience in product positioning, messaging, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused benefits and value.
  • Proven experience in working cross-functionally within sales, product, and technical teams in global environments.
  • Ability to build full-funnel marketing strategies in a B2B enterprise context.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Business Orchestration and Automation Platform and its key technologies to create value-driven messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to define marketing messages, value propositions, and support strategy and positioning discussions.
  • Craft strategic content such as use cases, blogs, whitepapers, briefs, and value propositions to communicate product benefits and market impact effectively.
  • Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns, overseeing activities from conception to completion.
  • Align closely with the sales team to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and drives product adoption.
  • Develop channel strategy recommendations across digital, content, and event channels to maximize reach within target segments
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance and effectiveness, adjusting based on insights to optimize results.
  • Act as the strategic link between product, sales, and marketing execution teams — surfacing market feedback to inform product roadmap and messaging evolution.
