What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating urgent after-hours bookings

• Supporting healthcare professionals and clients when they need us most

• Ensuring shifts are filled and service delivery remains uninterrupted

• Managing onboarding and compliance processes

• Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
