Project Manager / Team Lead :
For one of our clients, a leading Belgian organization, we are looking for an experienced PM / Team Lead to join a large-scale business transformation program.
In this role, you will take ownership of a key business domain and act as the bridge between business stakeholders, project teams, and transformation initiatives. You will play a central role in driving adoption, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business units.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives within your domain
- Manage planning, priorities, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Support business teams throughout the transformation journey
- Drive change management and user adoption activities
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment between business and project objectives
Profile :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Team Lead, or Transformation Lead
- Experience within ERP, digital transformation, or business transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence, engage, and motivate diverse teams
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Dutch fluency is required
