We are looking for a National Key Account Executive to join our National Key Account Sales Team; who will serve as the liaison between linked parties and customers. Follows up and executes annual customer plans while achieving profitable sales targets. These plans should be in line with the broader business and customer strategies.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development. Understands all sales functions i.e. Trade Marketing, Customer, Field Sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build relationships with professionals at all levels of the organization
• Education: Graduate level education preferably from Business Administration, Economics or related faculties.
• Total Job Experience: Minimum of 3 years
• Job Related Experience: 1-2 years (Preferably FMCG experience)
• Foreign Language: Advanced knowledge of English
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Programs
• Drivers Licence: Class B
Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets by implementing divisional and channel strategies; within the given trade spend budget. Ensuring its execution and tracking it down to the store detail and sellout.
• Develop, execute and share JBPs with accounts and follow up monthly; checking the accuracy of forecasts.
• Fulfill company priorities and follow up on annual retail customer agreements that align with company goals and ensure effectiveness.
• Planning and implementing special business development opportunity projects and, in this sense, making various proposals.
• Report and provide information on competitors in the field by continuously monitoring them to ensure competition.
• Follow up reconciliation/account balance and payment.
