Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for natural colors(mainly red color and yellow color) in the US B2B market, and be fully accountable for achieving US sales targets.
Identify and target key customer segments, establishing a systematic client development framework.
Proactively develop and expand strategic key account relationships to establish long-term partnerships, while simultaneously deepening engagement and growing market share within existing key accounts.
Ensure all color products and applications comply with FDA regulations and requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor intelligence to provide data-driven insights and strategic support for product strategy adjustments.
Job Requirements
8+ years of sales experience in the US B2B natural color industry.
Experience in successful product promotion or new key customer development; familiarity with red and yellow color is preferred.
Possess mature customer development methodologies and key account management skills; able to independently complete the business cycle from scratch.
