What will you do?
- Lead, design, and execute high-impact scientific or technological research projects related with Artificial Intelligence,
- Collaborate with universities, public research institutes, and global industry partners,
- Develop project proposals for and apply to TÜBİTAK 2232-A International Leading Researchers Program,
- Prepare regular reports for TÜBİTAK
- Produce high-quality academic outputs including publications, patents, and technology demonstrations,
- Translate complex research goals into structured methodologies and actionable project plans,
- Follow international scientific trends and integrate them into research strategies,
- Ensure ethical, high-quality, evidence-based research processes throughout the project lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
- Within the last 3 years, not resided in Türkiye for more than 1 year
- Not currently employed in Türkiye (Force majeure and compulsory military service are exempt.)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
We are looking for researchers who fulfill at least one of the following qualifications:
- Researchers who, after completing their PhD, have worked full-time for at least 3 years at a university or public research center as a faculty member or team leader, or have conducted independent academic research abroad,
- Researchers who, after completing their undergraduate studies abroad, have at least 6 years of full-time research experience, including at least 3 years in the private sector.

- Willing to commit to applying for the TÜBİTAK 2232-A International Leading Researchers Program after joining adesso Turkey.
**Candidates with an active compulsory service obligation due to public institutional support in Türkiye are not eligible.
