Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to help power the next generation of digital financial services.
This role sits at the intersection of Data, Product, Customer Growth, Payments, Automation and AI, transforming data into business outcomes that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
What You'll Own
- Build scalable analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Deliver customer, product, and transaction insights.
- Develop segmentation, lifecycle, and behavioral analytics.
- Automate reporting and business processes.
- Strengthen fraud, risk, and operational monitoring.
- Enable data-driven decision making across the business.
- Explore and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases.
What We're Looking For
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into simple business insights.
Bonus Points
- FinTech, Banking, Payments, Telecom, or Digital Product experience.
- Customer analytics, fraud analytics, or transaction analytics experience.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Machine Learning, or AI.
