KM2 Solutions is looking to hire a Data Steward to support customer data quality, governance, and consistency across multiple systems and operational platforms. This role will serve as a key connection point across CRM, ERP, and operational systems to ensure accurate and reliable customer data.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer data quality and cleanup initiatives
- Manage field-initiated data change requests
- Maintain and improve data governance processes and documentation
- Ensure customer data consistency across systems
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and integrity issues
- Partner with operational and technical teams to improve data accuracy
- Support master data management initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Stewardship, CRM Operations, or Master Data environments
- Experience working across CRM and ERP systems
- Experience supporting large customer databases
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Advanced English required
Preferred
- Experience in enterprise operational environments
- Experience with data governance frameworks
- Experience in customer operations or RevOps environments
