Operations Manager

Operations Manager – Stoughton, MA

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Operations Manager to help lead the daily operation of our Stoughton, MA location.

This is not a desk-management role. We are looking for a self-directed operator who can step into a fast-paced environment, solve problems on the fly, hold crews accountable, maintain operational discipline, and help keep the operation running efficiently during our busiest season.

The operation requires a leader who is comfortable walking into challenges, adapting quickly, and creating stability through urgency, consistency, and follow-through.

This role is best suited for someone with experience in:

• moving and storage
• transportation/logistics
• construction operations
• warehouse leadership
• field service operations
• blue-collar workforce management

The right candidate:

Daily responsibilities include:

• crew management and accountability
• dispatch and scheduling support
• truck readiness and operational oversight
• mover/driver coaching and training
• warehouse organization and operational cleanliness
• staffing support and recruiting assistance
• customer issue escalation
• spot checks and quality control
• safety and compliance enforcement
• maintaining operational standards during peak season

Compensation:

$50,000–$60,000+ realistic total compensation potential based on operational performance, staffing execution, and revenue growth, including base salary, commissions, bonuses, and incentives.

• $45,000 annual base salary
• 0.5% commission structure tied to franchise revenue
• monthly bonus opportunities
• benefits package including PTO, medical insurance, and 401(k)

Total compensation increases meaningfully with strong operational execution, staffing stability, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• prior leadership or operations management experience
• valid driver’s license
• ability to work flexible hours during peak season
• strong communication and organizational skills
• willingness to be fully engaged operationally
