We are looking for a Tax Operations and Control Specialist to join our team in İstanbul Ataşehir Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Month-end flash and final tax calculations,
- Tax projections within budgeting processes,
- Revaluation and inflation accounting calculations,
- Corporate Income Tax and Advance Corporate Tax returns,
- Preparation of VAT returns (VAT1 and VAT2),
- Withholding tax returns,
- Stamp Tax returns,
- Sector-specific tax returns (e.g., ETV, SCT, EÜLH, revenue share declarations),
- Control of tax obligations related to multi-year construction contracts,
- Profit distribution processes and related calculations,
- Invoice entry and approval tracking in ETUYS,
- Transfer pricing-related invoicing (e.g., interest, guarantees, management fees),
- Tax compliance of strategic investments (such as YEKA2 and YEKA4), including withholding tax and stamp tax implications,
- General Assembly documentation, annual activity reports, and related party reports,
- Payment approval processes through internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Responsible, with strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities,
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields,
- SMMM certification or internship is an asset,
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal),
- 3–5 years of professional experience (energy sector experience is an asset),
- Proficiency in MS Office programs,
- No restrictions on travel,
- Strong communication skills.
