Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define project scope and priorities
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support customer meetings by understanding needs, collecting feedback, and communicating requirements clearly
- Collaborate with development and QA teams during implementation and testing phases
- Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing, functional testing, and issue tracking
- Help ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations and user needs
- Prepare presentations, reports, and product-related materials for internal teams and customers
- Follow up on project progress, identify risks or blockers, and support the team in resolving them
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience working as Business Analyst/Product Manager
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of databases and ability to understand data structures and queries
- Experience or strong interest in business analysis, product management, or software development processes
- Ability to prepare clear and structured documentation
- Experience in customer communication, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with software testing processes, including functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate business needs into understandable requirements
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
- Fluent in English
