Your mission

Are you a student or recent graduate looking to gain professional experience? We are looking for an Intern to join our team in Gdańsk for a 6-month placement.

As an RPA / AI Intern, you will play a vital role in designing, developing and implementing efficient robotic process automation solutions. Your goal is to automate manual, repetitive tasks and streamline business processes, bridging the gap between technology and business to drive efficiency.

Duration: 6 Months (Ideally starting in June)

Location: Office in Gdańsk

Key Responsibilities

• Support our RPA Specialist in identifying new opportunities for process automation and optimization across the company.
• Participate in the design and development of RPA/AI solutions using Python and selected automation tools.
• Support the testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation workflows.
• Collaborate and align with other departments, internal process experts (CSC), and SAP solution coordinators to understand business processes and gather requirements.
• Liaise with external partners, including IT system providers, and assist with creating clear technical documentation.
• Assist with internal training sessions and initiatives aimed at raising automation awareness within the organization.

What We Are Looking For

• You are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Essential Python programming skills (with previous experience in projects involving Python application).
• A solid understanding of RPA / AI tools and platforms; knowledge of JavaScript and SQL is considered an added value.
• Fluency in English (at least B2/C1 level).
• Competencies: a logical and analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong motivation to learn.
