About The Role
Alcoa is seeking a Casthouse Scrap Supervisor to lead critical scrap management operations within our Massena NY facility. This role plays a key part in optimizing material utilization, controlling costs, and ensuring accurate inventory management across casthouse scrap streams. In this role you will directly oversee the end-to-end management of scrap, dross, and off-grade materials, ensuring efficient flow, accurate tracking, and continuous process improvement. Base Salary: 76,700 - 115,400 USD annually
Total rewards packages listed, including base salary and bonus eligibility, applies to US based applicants only. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on a range of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies in conjunction with multiple components of the Employee Total Rewards Package. Our Massena facility in New York State, established in 1902, is home to the longest continuously operating smelter in the world.
