ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒ TŪNGA

Our End User Compute (EUC) team plays a critical role in managing and supporting the technology our employees use every day — from desktops and laptops to mobile devices, AV and printers.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical expertise, problem-solving and customer service to keep our people connected, productive and supported.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide end-to-end support across desktop, laptop, mobile, AV and printer technologies

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a strong customer-first approach

• Support software deployment and updates across the organisation

• Partner with third-party providers to manage desktop infrastructure

• Deliver user training and create clear, helpful documentation

• Build expertise in Microsoft 365, device management and key business applications

ABOUT YOU - HE KŌRERO MŌU

You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:

• Experience in a similar role or senior service desk role

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capability

• Experience with Windows environments (MacOS a bonus)

• Familiarity with Intune, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 and remote support tools

• Exposure to ITIL and tools like ServiceNow
