POSITION DETAILS:

Job Title: Manager, Brand Marketing & Innovation (Cosmetics Accessories (CAC)/ Real Techniques & Eco Tools)

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Reports To: Director, Brand Marketing (Tools/CAC & BAC)

Compensation: $120K-$135K + 15% Bonus

POSITION SUMMARY:

Future Beauty Brands is looking for a highly skilled and creative Manager who will be responsible

for new product launches that are innovative and respond to target consumer needs in addition to the production, coordination & consistency of brand content across online & offline consumer touchpoints.

This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing individual who possesses a unique blend of creative and analytical skills combined with the ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant insights from market trends/consumer insights & innovations to support data-driven strategies, business models, and innovative concepts for new launches.
  • Identify portfolio white space opportunities based on findings from consumption data, market feedback, consumer insights, social listening, etc. to draft and adapt global product concepts.
  • Coordinate with product development, project management, sourcing, and regulatory to ensure development excellence.
  • Kickoff the artwork process inclusive of package design, merchandising, and A+ display assets.
  • Manage the product portfolio from concept to shelf with full accountability.
  • Partner with integrated marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate consumer insights tests to ensure concept relevance.
  • Coordinate with legal to validate new launches, claims, patents or product names.
  • Partner closely with key sales account teams on custom fitting commercialization strategies by retailer while laddering up to brand strategy.
  • Serve as the brand steward to ensure consistent brand messaging and visualization across all retail and digital platforms.
  • Partner with Sales and Creative to optimize visual merchandising in all retailers to support brand objectives and SKU assortment strategy.
  • Prepare and present presentations for key retailer meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the beauty industry
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
  • Proactive, collaborative and adept at solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with consumer insights, market research, and

trend analysis

  • Organized and able to see through projects from start to finish
  • You're ruthless in prioritizing: can prioritize not only business needs and activities, but also their day-to-day to ensure focus on the most important projects to meet brand KPIs

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
