Milaha is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the logistics and 3PL sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand customer supply chain requirements and develop a customized logistics solution.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with Pricing, Sales Support, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer information within the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Proven track record in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Land Transportation, Warehousing, or Contract Logistics.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
