Milaha is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the logistics and 3PL sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer supply chain requirements and develop a customized logistics solution.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with Pricing, Sales Support, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer information within the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4–6 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Proven track record in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Land Transportation, Warehousing, or Contract Logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
