Overall Purpose of the Role

To study, analyze, and document business functions and processes. The successful candidate will design target processes and systems to reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and quantify potential business benefits across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities. Conduct system study sessions with business units and analyze stakeholder objectives to identify effective automated and non-automated solutions.
  • Process Design & Documentation: Map current and future scenarios using appropriate modeling techniques. Draft, review, and finalize Business Process and Target Process design documents, obtaining official sign-offs from stakeholders and IT leadership.
  • Project Management & Support: Prepare realistic project schedules, track activities against plans, and provide accurate reports to the PMT. Ensure projects are closed formally, stabilized on time, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, walk through existing systems, and present complex technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Testing & Configuration: Assist clients and users in producing clearly defined acceptance tests for automated systems. Draft and finalize configuration options documentation.
  • Training & Compliance: Provide user support according to agreed service levels, deliver cross-functional training to ensure backup support, and ensure absolute compliance with HSES and Information Security policies.

Role Requirements & Competencies

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Education: Post Graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA).
  • Preferred Certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation, ITIL v3 Foundation, or Oracle Certifications.

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Oracle Suite Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience implementing at least one of the following Oracle E-business Suite modules: HRMS/HCM, SCM, Financials, Projects, Manufacturing, or eAM.
  • Implementation Track Record: At least 2 full life-cycle implementations of the aforementioned Oracle modules, along with a minimum of 1 year supporting and enhancing ERP systems.
  • Tools: Expertise in Microsoft packages, including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience with business intelligence tools (Oracle BI, Qlik, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical approach to understanding complex processes and delivering actionable technical recommendations.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication and fluent English language proficiency.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to influence teams and specialist peers internally.
