Role in the company:
To develop and introduce product marketing strategies to reach sales, marketing and business objectives. That includes managing product range, price, margin.
Duties and responsibilities:
•Responsible for product strategy in the Ukrainian market, ensuring the best product range in terms of positioning, functionality, competitiveness, and compliance with local needs.
•Develops and maintains pricing strategy, proposing price positioning for each product in Ukraine, justifying proposals with solid market analysis, and aligning with Area Product Marketing team.
•Selects and manages the most appropriate model range, including exclusive models for specific channels or retail customers. Actively participates in the budgeting process, forecasting market size and sales volumes, linking forecasts with new product introductions or phase-outs.
•Plans and executes product launches: defines timing, positioning, distribution, pricing, and ensures full informational support for Sales, trainers, and customers.
•Works closely with Global Product Marketing, Regional Product Management, factories, Sales and Logistics departments to align product strategy and defend local market needs.
•Monitors competitors’ market activity, pricing, and product positioning, taking proactive or reactive actions to maintain competitiveness.
•Responsible for product localization and certification according to domestic regulations.
•Manages product profitability, including sell-in/sell-out analysis, GfK data review, and development of value propositions.
•Ensures product data accuracy for all marketing materials and manages product information on the Ukrainian part of the global website.
•Prepares analytical reports, market intelligence, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
•Supports the Sales team in negotiations with Key Accounts, advising on product mix, pricing, actions, and sales volumes.
•Coordinates and manages exclusive models for local market needs, ensuring the strongest product portfolio presence

•Bachelor / Masters degree (preferably in economics / marketing)
•3-5 years experience in product / brand management
•Strong analytical skills with attention to details and deadlines
•Upper-intermediate speaking and writing English level
•Good communication and presentation skills
