Senior Internal Audit Manager – Change & Technology - FTSE 100

Location: UK / Hybrid or Home based

We are looking for an experienced Senior Internal Audit Manager – Change & Technology to help shape and deliver change assurance across the Group, while playing a key role in technology audit planning and delivery.

This is a high-profile opportunity to elevate the organisation’s Change & Technology audit capability, supporting a strategy focused on growth, digital transformation, AI, and data-driven outcomes. The role will also help drive innovation within Internal Audit through enhanced use of technology, AI, and data analytics.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and international business, gaining deep insight into major transformation programmes and strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Change & Technology audits across the Group
• Support delivery of the Annual Audit Plan with a focus on transformation and technology risk
• Develop and enhance change assurance approaches within Internal Audit
• Provide insight on emerging risks including AI, cyber security, cloud, operational resilience, and data privacy
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and governance forums
• Mentor and develop wider audit capability across Change & Technology
• Support the adoption of data analytics and technology-enabled audit practices
• Manage co-source providers and support team capability development

Key Experience requirements:

• Strong experience in Change & Transformation, Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cyber, or Technology Controls
• Good knowledge of ITGCs, IAM, cyber security, change management, and operational resilience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to translate technical risk into clear business impact
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills
• Experience within a regulated or complex environment is advantageous
