About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to support our business growth initiatives. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to build a career in business development, partnerships, or sales. You will work closely with senior team members to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and support partnership execution across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, partners, and market opportunities
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms to prospects
  • Support relationship management with existing clients and partners
  • Prepare basic sales materials, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and deal progress in CRM or tracking tools
  • Support market research and competitive analysis for the United States market
  • Assist with ad-hoc business development and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Previous internship experience in sales preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to do outreach and follow up consistently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial roles

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description

The base salary for this position is between $60,000 to $81,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
