We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Model Agent to join the ONE UK office. The newest location to the global network ONE. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career within the modelling and fashion industry while gaining hands-on experience in bookings, client management, model development, and day-to-day agency operations.

Working closely with senior agents, you will coordinate bookings, managing schedules, supporting the development of new and existing models, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and creatives. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, a strong creative eye, and a good understanding of social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily bookings and scheduling
• Supporting the development and progression of new models within the agency
• Coordinating castings, fittings, shoots, and appointments
• Managing calendars, availability, and agency systems
• Liaising with clients, models, photographers, stylists, and production teams
• Assisting with portfolios, digitals, and development materials for models
• Monitoring fashion, social media, and industry trends
• Providing administrative and operational support to the booking team

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within fashion, modelling industry preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative mindset with a good eye
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Genuine interest in fashion, media, and the modelling industry

You should be a strong communicator with a proactive attitude, a good understanding of social media, and a genuine interest in both the operational and development side of the modelling industry.

Technical Skills key to success

Adobe software, e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom etc.

Profiencey with camera and digitals.

MS Word, Excel.

• Ability to learn new booking systems, e.g. ONE’s Website and Packaging System, and MediaSlide, SeaFile (file back up system).
