The role:

• Build and ship product features across the full stack
• Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs and agent-based systems
• Work across Python backend services and Next.js applications
• Collaborate directly with customers to solve operational challenges
• Gain hands-on insight by working closely with industrial environments

Looking for:

• Strong full-stack engineering experience
• Experience with Python, Next.js, and modern AI technologies
• Product-focused mindset and strong engineering fundamentals
• German language skills (B2/C1+) required
• Degree from a leading technical university is a plus
