Backed by significant growth and increased customer demand, the business is seeking a Manufacturing Director to lead operational performance across the facility.
The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for driving manufacturing efficiency, operational excellence and production scalability while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting future growth initiatives and site expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations across production teams
- Drive KPI performance across safety, quality, output and efficiency
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with supply chain and planning teams to optimise production flow
- Support facility expansion and operational scale-up projects
- Develop and mentor production leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 10+ years’ manufacturing leadership experience
- Background within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, food or pharma manufacturing
- Strong experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
- Proven success improving operational efficiency and productivity
- Knowledge of GMP and quality systems
- Strong leadership and team development capability
