Description

We are looking to hire experienced Ion Implant Process Engineers to support advanced semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role involves sustaining, optimizing, and improving implant processes in a highly automated fab setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain and optimize Ion Implant manufacturing processes to achieve high yield, quality, and throughput
  • Monitor process performance and drive process stability improvements
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Work closely with equipment and manufacturing teams to resolve process deviations
  • Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Support process qualification, recipe optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to process control plans, SOPs, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, yield, and manufacturing

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication
  • Strong hands-on experience in Ion Implant process engineering
  • Experience in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environment
  • Exposure to 200mm and/or 300mm wafer fabs
  • Good understanding of SPC, FDC, DOE, and process control methodologies
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global fab environment

Process Experience

  • Ion Implant
  • RTP exposure will be an added advantage

Preferred Profile

  • Experience supporting production and sustaining activities in semiconductor fabs
  • Good cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
  • International fab exposure will be an added advantage
