We are looking to hire experienced Ion Implant Process Engineers to support advanced semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role involves sustaining, optimizing, and improving implant processes in a highly automated fab setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain and optimize Ion Implant manufacturing processes to achieve high yield, quality, and throughput
- Monitor process performance and drive process stability improvements
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Work closely with equipment and manufacturing teams to resolve process deviations
- Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Support process qualification, recipe optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to process control plans, SOPs, and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, yield, and manufacturing
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication
- Strong hands-on experience in Ion Implant process engineering
- Experience in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environment
- Exposure to 200mm and/or 300mm wafer fabs
- Good understanding of SPC, FDC, DOE, and process control methodologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global fab environment

- Ion Implant
- RTP exposure will be an added advantage
Preferred Profile
- Experience supporting production and sustaining activities in semiconductor fabs
- Good cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
- International fab exposure will be an added advantage
