We are actively seeking a dynamic Creator & Partnerships Specialist to join our Digital & Data team and support Volleyball World’s audience growth, OTT objectives, and digital operations through creator activations, YouTube distribution, partnership coordination, affiliate execution, and content workflow management across priority competitions and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Creator & Streamer Activations
- Coordinate creator and streamer campaigns across VW priority competitions
- Manage creator timelines, deliverables, publishing follow-ups, reporting, and agency coordination
- Support creator-led audience growth, OTT acquisition, and sponsor integration opportunities
- Help build repeatable creator activation workflows and operational processes
Digital Distribution
- Coordinate publishing workflows across YouTube & other digital platforms
- Ensure accurate execution of publishing calendars, metadata, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and reporting
- Support optimization initiatives through performance tracking and operational follow-through
- Maintain publishing consistency and workflow reliability across competitions
Partnerships, Affiliates & Onsite Coordination
- Support execution across leagues, clubs, federations, affiliates, onsite activations, and OTT partnership initiatives
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, assets, dependencies, reporting, and partner communication
- Support affiliate activations contributing toward OTT and commercial targets
- Maintain visibility across partnership workflows, risks, blockers, and next actions
Content Operations
- Support day-to-day workflows within ScorePlay and digital content operations
- Maintain documentation, workflows, governance processes, and operational coordination
- Support efficient asset management and delivery across internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital media, Marketing, Sports, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital media, creator management, sports media, partnerships, OTT, or content operations.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, YouTube workflows, or digital publishing ecosystems, preferably in a sports industry.
- Familiarity with ScorePlay or DAM/CMS platforms is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
