About the Role;
We are supporting a leading international HVAC and indoor climate solutions business seeking experienced Project Managers, Cx Leads, and Cx Engineers to support large-scale commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.
You will play a key role in the delivery, commissioning, testing, and optimization of HVAC and mechanical systems across complex building environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC and commissioning activities across project phases
- Lead system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and engineering teams
- Review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure projects are delivered to quality, safety, and performance standards
- Support commissioning planning, reporting, and issue resolution
Requirements
- Background in HVAC, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- Experience as a Project Manager, Cx Lead, Cx Engineer, or HVAC Engineer
- Strong understanding of ventilation, chilled water, AHUs, BMS, and mechanical systems
- Experience delivering or commissioning complex projects
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage stakeholder coordination
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable
- Fluent English required; Scandinavian languages beneficial
