Job Identification:

The Analytics & BI Solution Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving CCI’s Enterprise and Self-Service Analytics architecture while also enabling next-generation analytics capabilities through Microsoft Fabric, Data Agents, and Copilot-driven solutions. The role bridges architectural strategy, R&D experimentation, and execution, ensuring scalable, secure, cost-effective, and AI-enabled analytics solutions aligned with CCI’s Target Operating Model.

What We Expect:

- Define and own Enterprise and Self-Service Analytics reference architecture

- Design and govern semantic layers, datasets, and workspace structures across analytics domains

- Lead Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric architecture, capacity, and performance optimization

- Design analytics security models including RLS/OLS and authorization standards

- Lead architectural design for AI-enabled analytics use cases leveraging Copilot and Data Agents

- Support R&D, PoC, and MVP initiatives for Fabric, Copilot, and agent-based analytics capabilities

- Partner with Data Engineering, Platform, Security, and Infrastructure teams for end-to-end solutions

- Ensure alignment with analytics governance, metadata, lineage, and certification processes

- Provide architectural guidance and standards to analytics delivery teams

- Proactively identify scalability, performance, cost, and security risks

- Support architectural decision-making forums and committees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields

- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise DWH / BI and analytics architectures

- Strong experience designing and governing Enterprise and Self-Service Analytics architectures

- Proven expertise with Microsoft Power BI Service at enterprise scale, including capacity-based deployments

- Deep understanding of semantic modeling strategies and reusable dataset design

- Hands-on experience in performance and cost optimization (background and interactive workloads)

- Strong experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) design for multi-country or multi-domain environments

- Experience handling large semantic models using incremental refresh, hot-cold architectures, and aggregations

- Ability to clearly distinguish when to solve problems in DAX versus the data or semantic layer

- Hands-on experience or strong architectural knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Semantic Models)

- Experience contributing to R&D, PoC, or MVP initiatives for Copilot, Data Agents, or AI-assisted analytics

- Strong architectural ownership, proactive risk management, and ability to operate under ambiguity

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

- Fluent English (business communication proficiency)
