We are looking for a PMO Expert to join our Project Management Office, who will lead our strategic initiatives and ensure we successfully achieve our objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage major and multiple medium-scale projects end-to-end as a project manager, and oversee their implementation.
• Take an active role in the management and execution of IT projects, ensuring seamless technical and operational alignments.
• Prepare project charters and detailed project plans for assigned projects.
• Effectively manage project scope, budget, and timelines in line with project goals.
• Establish a strong communication network with all stakeholders and ensure their active participation in the processes.
• Proactively evaluate potential risks and change requests during the project lifecycle.
• Mentor less experienced project managers within the team and provide support for their processes when necessary.
• Develop improvement suggestions regarding project management tools and processes, and share them with relevant business and functional leaders.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences faculties (Industrial Engineering is preferred).
• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• Previous hands-on experience and active involvement in contract logistics operations and IT integration projects.
• Advanced level of English (min. B2)
• High proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Preferably holding a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
