About the Company:

We are initiating a potential project on behalf of our multinational client, who is currently in the planning phase of establishing operations in Turkey.

About the Role:

In this context, we are seeking fluent Spanish-speaking and experienced General Managers, Managing Directors, or Senior Directors who are open to relocating to, or residing in, Turkey.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, or Senior Director
• Willingness to relocate to or reside in Turkey

Required Skills

• Leadership and management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in international operations
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Turkish market
