QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA and/or professional finance certifications are preferred,
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax management,
  • Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles,
  • Experience within holding companies or multi-entity group structures,
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and investor relations in publicly listed companies,
  • Extensive experience managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders,
  • Hands-on involvement in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company valuations, due diligence, and post-merger integration processes,
  • Solid background in manufacturing and commercial operations finance,
  • Strong expertise in strategic financial planning, cash flow management, capital structure, and risk management,
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and local statutory regulations,
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal,
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives,
  • Oversee all finance-related functions, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and internal controls,
  • Provide financial insights, analysis, and performance reporting to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team,
  • Drive short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning processes to support sustainable business growth,
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, regulatory authorities, and other financial stakeholders,
  • Ensure effective cash flow, working capital, and funding management across the organization,
  • Lead financial evaluation, due diligence, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic business initiatives,
  • Establish and maintain robust risk management and financial governance frameworks,
  • Support the company’s growth agenda by developing scalable and sustainable financial structures,
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to enhance business performance and profitability,
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles, regulatory requirements, and financial control standards.
