About The Role

We're on the lookout for friendly and experienced Practice Nurse to join our lovely teams at Myhealth Cranbourne and Myhealth Clyde North on a casual basis to work across the below days and times:

• Cranbourne - Mondays & Wednesdays - 9am-5pm
• Clyde North - Fridays 12pm-5pm & Saturdays 1pm-6.30pm

If this aligns with your availability, it's a fantastic opportunity to join two great practices!

A Day In The Life

• Work closely with GPs to provide the best patient care
• Conducting advanced clinical assessments
• Administrating immunisations
• Treatment room management
• ECGS/Spirometry/ABI
• Assisting in procedures
• Wound care and chronic disease management
• Other related duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• General practice experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously when required
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow
• Best Practice software experience (desirable)
