Magda Butrym is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team and support the execution of key brand initiatives across retail activations and openings, fashion shows, campaigns and special projects. This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and operational delivery. You will collaborate closely with the design studio, marketing department and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Drive cross-functional communication and project follow-up.
- Organize project documentation, timelines and reporting.
- Maintain visibility on priorities and critical deadlines.
- Undertake budget responsibility and negotiate terms with suppliers
- Support alignment across General Management, Design Studio, Marketing, Production, Retail and external partners.
- Ensure projects are in line with brand DNA and aesthetics.
Special Projects & Brand Initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of store openings and retail-related projects.
- Coordinate production of fashion shows, events, presentations and special brand activations.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors and external partners.
- Help ensure alignment between all stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Creative Production
- Support the development and execution of campaigns, photoshoots and creative productions.
- Track milestones, approvals and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Anticipate risks and proactively identify solutions.
- Consult teams on executional requirements and project feasibility.
- Manage budgets and negotiate terms.
Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, production, events, retail development or creative operations.
- Experience working within luxury, fashion, design, creative agencies or premium consumer brands.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Fluent English required.
