Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and Analytics strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the Enterprise Business Unit.
- Lead and oversee the activities of Data Management & Analytics Team ensuring their efforts are synchronized and contribute to the strategic goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to aggressively commercialize AI activities and drive the sales of AI products and services, ensuring market leadership and revenue growth.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and data analytics projects that address key business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI and data-driven solutions to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI and analytics initiatives.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to AI and analytics projects effectively and responsibly.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the fields of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and related technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Enterprise Business Unit and the external customers to ensure alignment and support for AI and analytics initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively advocating for the value of AI and analytics within the organization.
- Align/comply with data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent in the fields of AI and data analytics, creating a high-performing and engaged team.
Education & Experienc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Deep understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and algorithms, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, data analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading and managing successful teams
- Extensive experience with data mining, analysis, and visualization tools and techniques, including statistical modeling, predictive modeling, and data storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their application in AI and data analytics.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and their role in processing and analyzing large datasets.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI and data analysis (e.g., Python, R, Java.
