Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant. The Office Assistant is primarily responsible for all facility-related duties. This is a position for 4 days a week, from Monday to Thursday.

In this role, you are the central figure in a dynamic and internationally oriented office. You perform your duties independently, and your tasks are very varied. Tasks and responsibilities:

Tasks & responsibilities

  • General office duties such as ordering, inventory management, invoice verification, and light housekeeping tasks
  • First point of contact regarding building management (Transpolis building reception, handyman, cleaner, etc.)
  • Receiving visitors, organizing meetings (lunch, meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Travel: booking flights and hotel stays
  • Mail and DHL handling
  • legalizing/verifying documents at the notary/Embassy
  • Supporting HR with organizing initiatives/events: monthly coffee session, summer/Christmas party, etc

Candidate profile

  • MBO working and thinking level
  • Good computer skills (MS-Office)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Communicative and socially skilled
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Service-oriented
  • Accurate and proactive
  • Flexible and stress-resistant
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken

Location: This position is located at the Sun Pharma headquarters in Hoofddorp
