NATO | Penetration Tester

🚨 We Are Hiring – Penetration Testers (2 Positions) 🚨

Applicants MUST hold an active NATO SECRET security clearance at the time of application

For a NATO/NCIA project, we are looking for experienced Penetration Testers to join a highly skilled cyber security team supporting NATO operations and military exercises.

📍 Location: Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium (full-time on-site, later moving to Brussels)

Key responsibilities include:

🔹 Web application penetration testing

🔹 Infrastructure and network penetration testing

🔹 Red Team / Blue Team activities during NATO military exercises

🔹 Security architecture and design reviews

🔹 Security consultancy and risk assessments

🔹 Technical and executive-level reporting

🔹 Collaboration with NATO security accreditation and governance bodies

Required experience:

✔ 3+ years of penetration testing experience

✔ Web application and infrastructure security testing

✔ Network security architecture

✔ Linux/UNIX and Windows administration

✔ Python, Bash, Perl, Ruby or similar scripting skills

✔ Strong understanding of authentication, cryptography, application security and malware techniques

Applicants MUST hold an active NATO SECRET security clearance at the time of application.

Unfortunately, candidates without a valid NATO SECRET clearance cannot be considered for these positions.
