Information Technology Specialist

Job objective:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Specialist to join our Balkan Cluster Technology team, supporting stores, offices and warehouses across Romania and Bulgaria. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, participate in regional IT projects and grow within an international company. We value attitude, willingness to learn and practical problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for stores, office users and warehouses
• Configure and prepare laptops, mobile phones and IT equipment
• Install and support POS systems, printers and Zebra devices
• Support networking equipment and IT infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, VPN access and onboarding activities
• Provide remote support and occasional on-site interventions
• Collaborate with local and international teams on IT projects
• Track hardware inventory and maintain IT documentation
• Support Digital Signage and store technology solutions

Our requirements:

• Basic or medium IT technical knowledge
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• English language – conversational level
• Driving license category B is considered an advantage
• Previous IT support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
