We are looking for a Executive Assistant to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Analytical thinking skills, detail oriented
  • Having an interest in marketing is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken, Russian would be an asset
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to advanced reporting
  • Ability to prioritise, manage and multiple tasks with in specific time frames
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Experience in managing people with diverse skills and being good at interpersonal communications

Job Description

  • Manage the calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules of two senior executives
  • Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and meeting room reservations, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support, facilitating effective coordination across teams
  • Welcome and host executive guests, including the organization of hospitality and catering arrangements
  • Organize domestic and international travel, accommodation, and reservation processes
  • Follow up on signature and approval procedures, ensuring timely completion of administrative workflows
  • Manage expense tracking, document flow, and routine administrative documentation processes
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and special projects, including all operational preparations
